大容量光伏电源波动对孤立电网频率特性的影响

摘要 孤立电网网架薄弱,易受扰动影响,其频率特性与传统电网存在较大区别,正常运行时允许的频率波动范围较大。针对我国西藏地区存在一些含大容量光伏电源的孤立电网,运用PSASP软件,研究运行过程中大容量光伏电源波动对高原孤立电网频率特性的影响,为孤立电网的频率控制策略提供依据。 Isolated power grid with weak structure is vulnerable to disturbance,and its frequency characteristics,greatly different from conventional grid,normal runtime and the traditional power grid,allows larger range of frequency fluctuation. In view of the isolated grids with large-capacity PV power in Tibetan areas in China,this paper,using PSASP software,researches the influence of large-capacity PV power fluctuation on the plateau isolated grid frequency characteristics,with a view to providing the basis for isolated power grid frequency control strategy.
