摘要
通过开展信息通信项目融合管理效能监察研究,从管理制度融合、管理方法融合、管理手段融合、管理文化融合四方面出发,突出了制度建设、项目管理工具、评价指标体系和精益化管理采取的措施及特点,构建了项目全过程融合管理体系。
With the development of information & telecommunication projects,current project management system of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power company could not fully adapt to the demands of the new situation,Information &Telecommunication Branch researched management to supervise the effectiveness of information & telecommunication project from four fusion aspects including management system,method,means and culture,highlighted four bright spots including system construction,project management tools,evaluation index system and lean management,and constructed a whole process of the project management system to prevent integrity risks and enhance work level,thus promoted modernization of project management.
