摘要
上海市电力公司以探索应用财会队伍建设EBDA体系为创新手段,以赋能(Empower)、构建(Build)、发展(Develop)、使用(Assign)等行动环节为管理链条,以探索在职学习特点的赋能实践、营造财会系统组织学习生态、打造能力和应用结合的财会人员生涯发展路径以及落实EBDA体系产出增值为四个主要落脚点,大胆尝试、开拓创新,在财务管理提升方面和财会队伍建设方面取得了一系列工作成效。
In Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company,EBDA( Empower,Build,Develop and Assign) system,as innovation means,has been applied for finance and accounting team construction. It involves the four main aspects: Empowering practice with the characteristics of on-the-job learning,Building finance and accounting system organizational learning environment,Developing ability-practice combined career development path,and Assigning EBDA system output value. With the bold attempt and pioneering innovation,a series of progress has been made in financial management improvement and finance and accounting team construction.
