摘要
全面促进电动汽车发展,对我国汽车产业崛起与实现跨越式发展有重要意义,也是我国应对全球石油危机与实现低碳经济转型的战略举措。其中充电价格机制是电动汽车推广的关键,针对我国电动汽车发展现状,深入分析电动汽车充电价格机制,测算电动汽车充电价格水平,探讨了目前适用的价格政策及补贴模式。
The development of Evs is significant to the rise and great-leap-forward development of automobile industry in China,and a strategy for China to deal with the global oil crisis and to achieve low-carbon economy transformation.The EV charging price mechanism is the key to the development. In view of the current situation of EV development in China,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the EV charging price mechanism,measures the EV charging price level,and discusses the applicable price policy and subsidy model.
