基于信息化管理的低压台区剩余电流总保护器运行模式研究和实践

Operation Mode of Residual Current General Protector in Low-Voltage District Based on Information Management

低压台区剩余电流总保护器(以下简称总保)是农村低压电网安全用电的基础。描述了总保在线监测系统的架构和组成,以及系统主站的基本功能,介绍了如何利用系统开展总保日常运行管理,提出了总保运行管理的评价指标与考核方式。就利用信息化手段管理总保,深入实践低压线路设备开展状态检修、台区低压线路故障抢修提前主动服务以及农村安全用电实施精细管理等方面进行了阐述。

The residual current general protector in low-voltage district( hereinafter referred to as general protector),is the basis of safe electricity consumption in rural low-voltage grid. This paper describes the architecture and composition of on-line monitoring system for general protector,as well as the basic functions of the system master station,introduces how to use the system to carry out daily operation and management of the general protector,and puts forward the evaluation index and methods for the operation and management. Then,illustration is made on the conditionbased maintenance of low-voltage network equipments by the means of information management,advanced actives service for rush repairs of low-voltage lines,and the fine management of safe electricity use in rural area.
