摘要 自2009年智慧城市概念提出以来,智慧城市从概念模型阶段快速发展至规划建设阶段,已在全球范围内掀起大规模的智慧城市建设浪潮。智能电网作为城市智能化发展的客观需要,是智慧城市发展的重要基础设施,也是智慧城市建设的一项重要内容。基于马斯洛需求层次理论提出城市发展需求理论和模型,在此基础上构建和明确了智能电网支撑智慧城市评价指标体系和计算方法,并通过例证分析得出智能电网作为智慧城市的重要基础和客观需要,在促进城市管理科学化、基础设施智能化、公共服务精细化、能源利用高效化、产业发展现代化五个方面发挥着重要的支撑作用。 The smart city has set off a massive wave of construction worldwide. It has developed rapidly from the concept and models phase to the plan and construction phase since 2009 when the smart city concept was put forward. As an important part of the smart city construction,smart grid is the important foundation and objective needs of urban development. Thereupon,this paper first introduces the theory and model of City Development Needs based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Then,by defining the assessment index system for smart grid supported smart city and the calculation method,this paper concludes through a case study that smart grid plays an important role in supporting smart city development,especially in promoting the scientification of city management,the intelligence of infrastructure,the refinement of public service,the efficiency of energy utilization,and the modernization of industry development.
