摘要 智慧化是城市发展的大趋势,智能电网支撑智慧城市建设将成为研究热点,为智慧城市的单元-智能社区做好能源管理服务是非常有价值的研究方向。根据上海崇明陈家镇"和谐社区、绿色家园"的发展规划,结合陈家镇智能社区"智能社区低碳能源管理系统"的技术设想,建立"能源互联安全化、能源消耗可视化、节能增效可控化"的发展目标,采用平衡计分卡法对智能社区低碳能源系统的发展目标进行了管理驱动因素分析,通过构建覆盖价值链的业务体系与工作团队,实现对社区低碳能源系统可持续管理的探索。 As intelligence becomes the trend of urban development,smart grid support for smart city construction becomes the research hot spot,and one valuable research direction is on energy management service for intelligent community,the component of smart city. According to development planning Chenjia Town of Shanghai Chongming,i.e. ' harmonious community,and green home',and in combination with the technical ideas about intelligence community low-carbon energy management system,the development objective is set up as ' safe energy interconnection,visualized energy consumption,and efficient and controllable energy saving'. Balanced scorecard is used to analyze the management driving factors for the development goal of smart community low-carbon energy system. The value chain of business system and work team can be built up for the sustainable management of the low-carbon energy system in intelligent community.
