摘要
针对当前电力系统中压开关设备普遍存在一、二次系统相对独立和二次系统功能分散、冗余等问题,提出一种一体化智能配网开关设备,一次系统采用环保材料替代传统的SF6,一、二次系统的无缝融合使得在一个智能控制单元便可完成保护测控、在线监测和电能质量分析等功能。在详细分析智能配网开关设备功能的基础上,重点介绍了控制单元的硬、软件结构。该一体化智能配网开关设备在某供电局的现场应用验证了该设备的先进性。
For the current medium voltage switches of power system,the primary system and secondary system are relatively independent,and the secondary system functions are decentralized and redundant. To solve the problems,this paper presents an integrated intelligent switching device,whose primary system replaces traditional SF6 with environmentally friendly materials. The seamless integration of the primary and secondary system in the device enables a single control unit to complete multiple functions such as power protection,online monitoring and power quality analysis.On the basis of detailed function analysis of the smart switch device,this paper focuses on the hardware and software architecture of the control unit. The field application of the device in a power supply bureau verified the superiority of the device.
