摘要 为规范10 kV及以下电网工程的可研工作,提升项目前期管理水平及可研评审效率,从可研的工作本质出发,强化可研对规划和储备库的衔接作用,突出10 kV可研输入输出两个环节,引入先进理念及科学方法,在继承并夯实输网可研精华的基础上,最大限度体现10 kV可研特点。研究了构建10 kV及以下电网工程可研框架,并根据项目的不同提出差异化的可研内容深度要求。 To regulate the feasibility research of 10 k V and below power grid engineering and improve the prophase project management level and feasibility assessment efficiency,this paper,based on the nature of feasibility study,strengthens the cohesive effect of feasibility research between planning and stockpile,highlights both input and output link of the 10 k V feasibility research,and introduces advanced concepts and scientific methods. On the basis of inheriting and consolidating feasibility study essence on power transmission network,it embodies the feasibility research characteristics of 10 k V. We built the feasibility study framework for 10 k V and below power grid engineering and put forward feasibility research requirements with differential content and depth for different projects.
