电力工程中水土保持方案概(估)算编制探讨

Budget Estimate System for Soil and Water Conservation Scheme in Power Project

针对目前电力行业中水土保持方案编制中不尽统一的水土保持工程概(估)算编制规定,在分析电力行业投资估算和水利行业中水土保持概(估)算基础上,提出了电力工程水土保持工程概(估)算编制方法(人工单价应与主体工程一致,估算定额、取费项目及费率也应与主体工程一致,主体工程定额中没有的工程项目,应采用水土保持的定额、取费项目及费率),介绍了上海某发电项目中水土保持工程概(估)算编制情况。

In view of the inconsistent regulations in the present budget estimate system for soil and water conservation scheme in power project,this paper proposes the budget estimate system on the basis of analyzing investment estimation in electric power industry and budget estimate for soil and water conservation in water conservancy industry. Labor unit price,as well as estimate quota,charging items and rates,should be consistent with the principal part of the project; should also be consistent with the principal part of the project; estimate quota,charging items and rates of water and soil conservation should be adopted for projects excluded from the principal project quota. Then it introduces the budget estimate system for soil and water conservation scheme in a power project in Shanghai.
