摘要
综述了欧洲一些主要国家的电力市场化改革和电力体制现状,分析了其改革趋势和特点,得出了对我国电力体制改革的启示。
This paper reviews the electricity market reform and the status quo of the electric power system in some of the major European countries,analyzes the reform trend and characteristics,and summarizes the enlightenment to electric power system reform in China.
