摘要
为降低电力二次系统安全风险整体水平,实现智能电网条件下电力系统高效运行,对电力二次系统项目后评估进行了研究。分别从二次设备和自动化系统及通信系统两方面梳理了影响二次系统可靠性的各因素,综述了各因素的作用形式和对一次系统的影响,建立了二次系统项目后评估可靠性指标体系。基于提出的指标体系,对二次系统项目整体评估进行了研究,建立了继电保护系统失效故障树图,提出了基于故障树(FTA)及动态故障树(DTA)的评估方法。
In order to reduce the overall level of the power secondary system security risks,and realize the efficient operation of smart grid,the post-project evaluation of power secondary system is studied. This paper summarizes various influencing factors of the secondary system reliability from the secondary equipment,automation system and communication system respectively,as well as the function mode of each factor and their influence on the primary system;then it establishes the post-project reliability evaluation index system. thereupon,overall evaluation is researched,formulates the fault tree graph of relay protection system,and finally proposes the evaluation method based on fault tree analysis( FTA) and dynamic fault tree analysis( DTA).
