摘要
绝缘子是高压设备的重要组成元件,运行中,绝缘子长期承受机械负荷,使附加应力增大,若绝缘子存在微小缺陷,就可能造成断裂。因此,为确保设备的安全运行,必须对绝缘子进行无损检测。介绍了绝缘子裂纹检测技术现状及试验方法,并举例研究了爬波检测法及在现场实际检测、应用情况。
Insulator is an important component of HV apparatus. But any tiny flaw of insulator after long-time mechanical load may result in fracture and destroy the grid. In order to ensure the safety of equipment,it's essential to conduct non-destructive testing on insulator. This paper introduces the insulator flaw inspection technology and the testing method,and illustrates the ultrasonic testing method applied in field testing.
