The Rotterdam Rules:the Underlying Principles and Expectations

The Rotterdam Rules regulates the relationship between the parties to the contract for the international carriage by sea.This Convention brings the main elements of the national and international law in this field up-to-date again.Adoption of the Convention will result in worldwide uniformity of law in the area of carriage by sea.
