上海国际航运中心政策研究

On the policies of developing Shanghai into an international shipping center

通过系统性分析形成上海国际航运中心完整的理论政策体系,并通过矛盾分析确定该政策体系下各领域亟待解决的主要矛盾,再通过对比分析现行政策与理论政策的适当性和差距性对现行政策予以评价,最后提出上海国际航运中心现行政策的完善构思。

This thesis first gives a systematic analysis,thereafter the Shanghai International Shipping Center theoretical public policy system is established.Then through the methodology of Conflict analysis,the main conflicts which need to be urgently resolved under the policy system have been figured out.After comparing the difference between the Current policies and the theoretical policies,an evaluation on the current policies is given,based on which,this thesis proposes the suggestions to improve the current policies of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
