船舶经纪人之相关法律问题探析

A Study on the Relevant Legal Issues of Shipbrokers

从船舶经纪人和航运经纪人的选择入手,将船舶经纪人分为船舶租赁经纪人、船舶买卖经纪人和修造船经纪人。本文分析了各个法系船舶经纪人的性质及相关法律关系,针对我国船舶经纪人的管理和规范现状提出了相应的建议。

Started with two different appellations and definitions of"shipbroker",this article focuses on the traditional shipbrokers who are divided into chartering brokers,ship sale&purchase brokers and ship building&repairing brokers.It analyzes the nature of the shipbrokers in different legal systems,and discusse the relevant legal relations in detail.Besides,according to the current situation of the shipbrokers in China,it puts forward some advices which may benefit the construction and development of the management system of Chinese shipbrokers.
