本文分析了《国际安全与环保拆船公约》的主要内容,并针对我国拆船业和管理的现状,借鉴公约的规定,提出了实现我国无害化拆船的建议。

This paper analyses the main contents of the International Convention for Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships,and put forward suggestions on the harmless dismantling of ships in China based upon the existing situation of ships’dismantling industry and administration in China.
