摘要
2016年5月6日,国际海事委员会在纽约举行的第四十二届大会上通过了《2016年约克-安特卫普规则》。《2016年约克-安特卫普规则》恢复了《2004年约克-安特卫普规则》以前的许多规定,关于共同海损补偿、分摊的规定基本合理,同时明确、简化和加速了共同海损理算。《2016年约克-安特卫普规则》预计可以为船、货双方所接受并采用。
York-Antwerp Rules 2016 was adopted at the 42nd International Conference of the ComitéMaritime International on 5 May 2016.York-Antwerp Rules 2016 re-included many rules which were excluded by York-Antwerp Rules 2004,and the rules are basically reasonable to simplify and expedite the adjustment of general average.York-Antwerp Rules 2016 stands a good prospect of being accepted by the shipowners and cargo owners.
