摘要
根据某型机空速管测试改装试验要求,设计了一套空速管安装支架;通过简化安装支架结构受力模型,采用工程估算法初步校核安装支架结构的合理性;通过有限元法对各零部件的连接强度、结构刚度及位移进行校核,验证了空速管安装支架满足试验及结构静强度要求。
A set of pitot tube mounting bracket is designed in accordance with modification test requirement of pitot tube of certain type of aircraft:justification of the mounting bracket structure is checked initially with engineering approximation method through simplifying the mounting bracket model under stress;the connecting strength,structure rigidity and displacement of each component are checked with finite element method,which verifies that the pitot tube mounting bracket meets the test and structure static strength requirements.
