某型飞机电气系统基本可靠性预计与分配

Estimation and Distribution of Basic Reliability for Electrical System of Certain Type of Aircraft

本文针对某型飞机电气系统研制初期阶段的实际情况,结合以往类似型号可靠性统计数据,采用相似产品法对电气系统基本可靠性进行预计,根据飞机总体规定的可靠性指标,采用比例分配法对电气系统各单元进行了可靠性分配,确定了各组成单元的可靠性定量指标,为电气系统初步设计提供了可靠性依据。

Aiming at practical situation of electrical system at early stage of development for certain type of aircraft,in combination with the reliability statistic data of the similar type of aircraft,this paper presents the estimation of basic reliability of electrical system by means of the similar product method,and the reliability distribution for each unit of electrical system by means of proportional distribution method and determines the reliability quantitative index of each unit compositions as per the reliability index specified by the aircraft overall,which provides the reference of reliability for preliminary design of electrical system.
