摘要
旋压工艺因其成形的薄壁筒形件具有成形精度高、表面光洁度好、材料利用率高等优点被广泛应用于飞行器、火箭和人造卫星等回转体零件的生产制造,特别适用于飞行器变截面舱体的制造。本文采用热处理、热补偿等方法,保障舱体成品的材料力学性能、结构品质满足设计要求,为旋压工艺在飞行器变截面舱体制造上的应用提供支撑。
Spinning technology has been widely used in manufacturing of rotational parts of flight vehicle,rocket,satellite etc.due to merits of high forming accuracy,good surface finish,high utilization rate of material of its formed thin-walled cylinder parts,which is especially applicable to the manufacturing of variable cross-section cabin.This paper presents the methods such as heat treatment,thermal compensation,etc.to meet material mechanics performance of cabin end product,the structure quality meets the design requirement,which provides the support for application of spinning technology in manufacturing of flight vehicle variable cross-section cabin.
