摘要
本文按蒸汽发生器对材质的要求,根据合金的化学成分、组织和性能,对国内外试验的高温合金进行了评述.认为反应堆出口温度为750℃时,可选 Incoloy 800H 合金。如果选 GH181合金,不仅可显著提高蒸汽发生器的使用寿命,而且当出口温度提高到1000℃时,仍可继续使用。
According to the demands of steam generator for materials,both foreignand domestic tested superalloys have been evaluated based on chemical compo-sitions,structures and properties.It is sugested that Incoloy 800H can be sel-ected as material for steam generator,when outlet temperature of HTGR is 750℃.If GH181 superalloy,is selected not only the service life of steam genera-tors can be prolonged significantly,but also the superalloy can be further usedwhen temperature raises to 1000℃.
