摘要
根据重水研究堆(HWRR)堆本体结构层次、拆除次序和退役工艺,分别采用主逻辑图法和故障模式影响及危害度分析(FMECA)对HWRR堆本体退役活动中潜在的危害开展分析,确定其主要的潜在危害,并对其进行分类。
According to the structure of HWRR, the dismantling sequence and the decommissioning process, the main logic diagram (MLD) and failure mode and effect consequence analysis (FMECA) were carried out separately to identify the potential hazards in the decommissioning activities of HWRR.
