摘要
控制棒驱动线是一个比较复杂的系统,仅通过动力学建模计算分析无法准确获得其步进载荷值,因此开展反应堆驱动线控制棒步进载荷试验研究,对进一步改进和完善控制棒驱动机构的设计,验证其动力学模型的准确性,提供其安全性和可靠性等方面具有重大的实用价值。本文研究对象为'华龙一号'反应堆控制棒驱动线,模拟其在反应堆压力容器中的实际安装方式和对中,对其进行了步进载荷的实际测量,得到了控制棒驱动线在提升和下插过程中的步进载荷值,为后续的相关计算验证工作提供了准确的数据支撑。
The control rod drive line is a complex system,and the step load value cannot be accurately obtained only by dynamic modeling calculation and analysis.Therefore,it is of great practical value to further improve and complete the design of the control rod drive line and to provide its safety and reliability.The research object of this paper is the HPR1000 control rod drive line,to simulate the actual installation of the reactor pressure vessel and the actual measurement of the step load.The stepping load of the drive line in the process of lifting and cutting are obtained,which provides accurate data for the subsequent related calculation and verification support.
