摘要
为验证阀门在地震载荷作用下的结构完整性和可操纵性,本文探讨了具有正常开启和关闭功能及安全快速关闭功能的主蒸汽隔离阀地震静载试验的技术要点,开以一个实际样机试验为例,描述了主蒸汽隔离阀样机地震静载试验的试验方法及其试验结果。试验结果表明其结构完整性和可操纵性满足要求。
In order to test and verify the structural integrity and the operability of the valve under earthquake load,this paper discusses the key technical points for the seismic static loading test of the main stream isolation valve with the function of opening and closing,and safely and swiftly shutdown.Taking a real prototype as an example,the test method and result for the seismic static loading test of the main stream isolation valve prototype are described.The test results show that the structural integrity and operability of the main stream isolation valve prototype satisfy the requirement of related documents.
