摘要
船舶主辅机设备和管路系统都安装在船体基座上,因此基座阻抗是振动噪声研究的重要参数之一。本文提出一种基于有限元的设备基座阻抗模拟方法。该方法利用有限元分析软件建立泵类设备和管路系统的分析模型,采用弹簧单元的刚度、阻尼和质量单元的质量等效模拟船体基座的阻抗特性,缩减有限元分析模型规模,提高计算效率。响应分析计算与试验结果吻合较好,说明提出的阻抗模拟方法有效,可应用于船舶振动噪声设计分析计算。
Main or auxiliary equipments and piping system are generally all installed on ship base,thus the base impedance is one of the important parameters in vibration and noise research.A method for the impedance simulation of equipment base is put forward.Based on finite element analysis software,analysis models of pump equipments and piping systems are set up,and the base impedance is equivalently characterized by stiffness and damping of the spring element,and the mass of the mass element,respectively.This method downsizes the finite element analysis models and improves the computing efficiency.Preferable coincidence of results between the experiment and the computation illustrates the validity of the method to simulate the impedance and that the method can be used in the vibration and noise analysis and the design of ship equipments.
