Research and Development of Vibration Measurement System for Pipeline in NPPs

摘要 依据核电厂管道振动测量的相关标准,开展管道振动测量系统样机的设计及研制。研制的振动测量系统基于计算机总线平台,采用便携式机箱结构和高性能动态信号数据采集卡硬件,结合基于现代信号处理技术的专业软件,以及动态信号采集分析处理的解决方案,对管道不同测点的振动数据迚行采集,为后续的数据库构建、振动评估、专家系统和可靠性评估构建等提供必要的数据支持,对于确保管道系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义。 According to the related standards of the pipeline vibration measurement for the nuclear power plants,the prototype of the pipeline vibration measurement system is designed and developed.Based on the computer bus platform,the vibration measurement system employs the portable box structure and high performance dynamic signal data acquisition card hardware,and it integrates with the professional software based on modern signal processing technology and the analysis of the dynamic signal acquisition processing solution.Collecting different vibration data from the measuring points of the pipeline can provide effective data support for the subsequent database construction,vibration assessment,expert system and vibration reliability evaluation,which is very significant for ensuring the safety and reliability of the pipeline system.
