摘要 利用中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,通过建立二元logistic回归模型,由行动者建构的制度文化环境对劳动者个体获取专业技能的影响得到验证。总体上,在强调专业技能获取的制度文化环境中,劳动者获得专业技术资格认证的可能性更大。多重制度环境下的技能文化氛围对劳动者获得专业资格认证产生了不同的影响。但在以省份为区别维度时,这种影响表现得更为显著和强烈,反映出行政系统在目前我国劳动者专业技能的获取和认定中的主导作用。 Using CLDS data and establishing a binary logistic regression model,the effect of institutional and cultural environment constructed by actors on individual workers’acquisition of professional skills is verified.Generally speaking,in the institutional and cultural environment that emphasizes the acquisition of professional skills,workers are more likely to obtain professional qualification certification.The multi-institutional environment of skill culture has different effects on the workers’professional qualification certification.However,when provinces are taken as the distinctive dimension,the impact is more significant and strong,reflecting the dominant role of the administrative system in the acquisition and identification of workers’professional skills in China.
