利培酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症开放性对照研究

Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia:an open trial clinical study

目的考察评价利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效。不良反应,耐受性。方法72例精神分裂症患者随机分组。采用PANSS、CGI和BPRS评定疗效;采用TESS和RSESE量表评定不良反应。结果36例接受利培酮治疗的患者中有1例因ALT活性升高而脱落(临床评定为无效)。痊愈或显著进步77.8%(28/36),进步11.1%(4/36),无效1.1%(4/36)。利培酮对阳性、阴性症状以及一般精神病态均有良好效果。该药的锥体外系不良反应较少,主要不良反应有失眠、窦性心动过速、静坐不能、急性肌张力障碍和一过性肝酶活性升高。结论利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与氯氮平相似,是一种安全、有效的新型抗精神病药。

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of risperidone in patients with schizophrenia.Methods72cames of patients with schizophrenia were divided into2groups randomly.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),the clinical global impressions(CGI)and brief psychiatric rat-ing scale(BPRS)derived from the PANSS were used to assess the clinical efficacy and rating scale for extrapyramidal side effects(RSESE),Treatment emergent side effect scale(TESS)were used to as-sess the adverse effects.Results34cases com-pleted the8weeks treatment while one dropped-out.Among the36pationts,77.8%(28/36)met the criteria of complete relief or markedly improved,11.1%(4/36)improved,and11.1%(4/36)got no change.The drug showed good effect on the posi-tive,negative as well as general psychopathological symptoms of schizophrenia.Risperidone shoued lower extrapyramidal symptoms during treatment.The main adverse effects included sleeplessness,si-nus tachycardia,akathisia,acute dystonia and tran-siet increase of liver enzymes,etc.Conclusion The study suggests that risperidone are a safe,ef-fective antipsychotic agent.It has similar efficacy to clozapine.
