过氧化氢碳酸酰胺腹腔氧合对急性肺损伤的治疗作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨过氧化氢碳酸酰胺介导腹腔氧合对实验性油酸型急性肺损伤的治疗作用。方法选用30只家兔麻醉后行高频喷射通气(HFJV),在油酸(0.08ml/kg)诱发急性肺损伤模型后,将实验动物随机分为两组(n=15)治疗3h。一组采用氧合介质过氧化氢碳酸酰胺进行腹腔注射,作为治疗组;另一组采用生理盐水作为对照组。观察治疗后60min、120min、180min动脉血气、HR、MAP的变化。结果治疗组氧合后PaO2进行性升高,与对照组同时点比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组氧合后HR、MAP无明显改变,而对照组显下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔氧合能显改善缺氧,减轻机体缺氧后损伤,可作为急性肺损伤有的治疗措施之一。 Objective To asses the efficacy of in-traperitoneal oxygenation with urea-hydrogen perox-id on oleic -induced acute lung injury (ALI).Methods After ALI was induced in adult rabbits with oleic acid,the animals were randomly allocat-ed to two groups(n=15each)and received:1)NS(as control group);2)Intraperitonal urea -hydrogen peroxide(as treatment group).Blood gas,heart rate(HR),mean artery pressure (MAP)were observed.Results PaO 2 in treatment group was obviously in-creased compared with that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Intraperitoneal oxygenation can obviously improve the rabbits'PaO 2 and alleviate the injuries caused by hypoxia.It is one of the safe and effective methods to treat acute lung injury.
