基于线性回归的卫星数据传输TCP拥塞控制研究

摘要 针对当前卫星数据地面传输环境遇到的诸如TCP传输时延长、误码率高、带宽不对称等和网络拥塞密切相关的问题,文中从拥塞控制的角度出发,在基于往返时延的拥塞控制算法Vegas基础上,加入对往返时延(RTT)的动态控制机制,以此为突破点对整个卫星数据地面传输的网络资源进行优化和调整,提高网络资源利用率。实现对往返时延(RTT)动态调整的方法是对已得到的往返时延数据进行线性回归分析,通过不断地线性回归优化对数据进行拟合得到基于预测的往返时延算法Lr Vegas。 In view of the problems related to network congestion in current satellite data terrestrial transmission environment,such as TCP long trip time,high bit error rate and bandwidth asymmetry,etc.,from the perspective of congestion control,this paper adds a dynamic control mechanism for roundtrip time( RTT) on the basis of Vegas,a congestion control algorithm based on round-trip time. As a breakthrough point,the network resources of the whole satellite data transmission on the ground are optimized and adjusted to improve the utilization rate of network resources. The method of dynamic adjustment of round-trip time( RTT) is linear regression analysis of the obtained round-trip delay data,and Lr Vegas,a Prediction-Based round-trip delay algorithm,is obtained by fitting the data through continuous linear regression optimization.
