摘要
随着电子信息技术的高速发展以及信息化的推广,手机的更新换代也在不断的加速,然而目前并没有统一的废旧手机回收模式。针对目前出现的三种逆向物流模式,通过系统动力学Vensim软件对三种模式进行系统仿真模拟分析,并结合网络层次分析法进一步对三种逆向物流模式进行结果验证,最终选择出适合废旧手机回收逆向物流模式,即企业自营逆向物流模式,这种模式的优选很大一部分因素来源于消费者的主管意愿和评价,所以这种模式的选择有益于废旧手机更好的回收,对我国废旧手机的回收也起到了推动作用。
With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the promotion of information technology,the replacement of mobile phones is accelerating.However,there is no unified recycling model for used mobile phones.This article mainly aims at the three reverse models that appear at present.Through the system dynamics Vensim software to carry on the system simulation analysis of three models,The results of three reverse logistics models are verified by the AHP.Finally,a suitable reverse logistics model for recycling used mobile phones,the enterprise’s own reverse logistics model,is selected.A big part of the optimization of this model comes from the willingness and evaluation of consumers,so the choice of this model is conducive to better recycling of used mobile phones,and play a driving role in recycling used mobile phones in China.
