功能团捕食的集合种群模型动态

The Dynamics of an Intraguild Predation Model in Metapopulation

摘要 当一个物种(功能团捕食者)捕食另一个物种(功能团食饵),且同时与它竞争共同的资源(空间或食物),这种种间相互作用被称为功能团捕食.这种物种相互作用在自然界中被广泛观察到.以往的研究多数假设资源为食物,但是,物种也经常为生存空间而发生竞争.基于均匀场假设,本研究建立了一个空间竞争的功能团捕食模型.全局动态分析结果表明:空间竞争和捕食的相互权衡可以导致物种的共存.入侵分析是经常用于分析多物种共存的方法,在入侵分析没有预测共存的参数区域发现了物种共存的情况.研究结果对深入认识功能团捕食相互作用生态系统会有帮助. Intraguild predation(IGP)occurs when one species(the intraguild predator)preys on and competes for a shared resource(food or space)with another species(the intraguild prey).This kind of interaction is widely observed in nature across a broad range of taxa.Previous studies have mostly assumed that resources are food,but species often compete for space.Based on the assumption of mean-field,we developed an intraguild predation model with spatial competition in this study.A global analysis reveals that the tradeoff between spatial competition and intraguild predation can lead to the coexistence of species.Invasion analysis is often used to analyze multi-species coexistence.In this study,it is found that coexistence is possible even when invasion analysis predicts otherwise,indicating that the invasion analysis method underestimates the possibility of species coexistence.Our findings may be useful in understanding the intraguild predation systems.
