摘要
目的 研制一种测定血液粘度的质控液 ,以确保标本测定结果的准确可靠。方法 分别制备 2 0 0g/L、1 50g/L、1 0 0g/L的聚乙二醇 60 0 0溶液作为测定全血粘度的高、中、低的质控液。结果 高、中、低质控液在切变率(1 50s- 1 、60s- 1 、1 0s- 1 )的批内精密度分别为 (2 85 %、1 2 0 %、0 89% )、(1 61 %、0 57%、0 42 % )、(2 93 %、1 95 %、1 63 % ) ,高、中、低质控液在切变率 1 50s- 1 的日间精密度为 1 1 1 %、1 1 6 %、2 1 2 %。结论 聚乙二醇 60 0 0溶液具有牛顿液体的特征 ,性质稳定 ,水溶性好 。
Objective To investigate a quality control liquid of whole blood viscosity.Methods 200g/L,150g/L and 100g/L polyethylene glycol 6000 were prepared and detected separately as quality control liquids among samples.Results Within cv of quality control liquids of high,middle and low value under three shear rates at 150s -1 ,60s -1 and 10s -1 respectively were 2 85%,1 20%,0 89%,and 1 61%,0 57%,0 42%,and 2 93%,1 95%,1 63%.Between day cv of quality control liquids of high,middle and low value under three shear rate at 150s -1 are 1 11%,1 16% and 2 12% respectively.Conclusion Polyethylene glycol 6000 liquid which has the character of Newtonian liquid and stable water solution is a good quality control liquid to detect blood viscosity.
