经内镜钛夹治疗消化道出血27例分析

Gastrointestinal Bleeding Treated by Titanic Clip: 27 Cases Report

目的:验证金属钛夹在急性消化道出血的临床应用价值。方法:对27例消化道出血,在内镜直视下明确出血部位,选用奥林巴斯(Olmpus)HX-SLR-1型钛夹置放操作器以及HX-600-135型金属钛夹,对准出血部位两端,钳夹出血血管及附近组织,并用生理盐水局部喷洒冲洗,确认完全止血。结果:27例急性消化道出血在金属钛夹治疗后,即时止血率100％。结论:金属钛夹治疗各种消化道出血是一种安全有效,无明显并发症,止血效果显著的治疗措施,并有效防止再出血,使一部分病人免受手术之苦。

Objective: To prove the clinical value of metal titanic clip in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: An Olympus HX - 5LR - 1 titanic clip adjuster and HX - 600 - 135 metal titanic clip are applied to focus on both end of the bleeding area and clip the bleeding vessel and the nearby tissue where physiological saline is sprayed to stop bleeding. Results: Bleeding is immediately stopped in all the patients when treated by metal clip among 27 cases of acute digestive tract bleeding. Conclusion: Titanic clip to treat gastrointestinal bleeding turns out to be a safe and effective measure without any severe complications and a good way to prevent relapse.
