卡式胰岛素笔应用临床便利性和生活质量调查

Convenience of the Cartridge Insulin Pen (Humapen) and Patients' Qualities of Life

目的:对卡式胰岛素笔(优伴笔)便利性的评估。患者使用后生活质量的调查。方法:在100例患者应用优伴笔1个月后通过问卷方式评价优伴笔的临床应用的便利性及患者生活质量改善的情况。结果:问卷调查显示,对优伴笔应用总体满意度达100％,剂量显示及调节满意度达100％,减少疼痛达94％。在生活质量的调查显示,应用优伴笔后,患者不论在生活质量、日常工作及在社交能力,对注射胰岛素恐惧情绪等均有不同程度的改善。结论:卡式胰岛素笔的应用(优伴笔),的确起到使用方便、准确、注射时疼痛较少等作用。绝大多数患者乐意接受。由于其应用方便及有效控制血糖,已达到改善患者生活及生存质量的目的。

Objective: To evaluate the convenience of the cartridge insulin pen (Humapen) and to investigate the patients' qualities of life after the usage. Methods: 100 patients were investigated by questionnaire after they used humapen as insulin injection for one month. Thus we evaluated the convenience of Humapen and the improvements of patients' qualities of life. Results : The investigation showed that the total satisfaction was 100 % , and 100 % was satisfied with the dosage displaying and adjustment ,94% reduced pain. More or less improvement were observed either in the qualities of life or in routine work and social activities. And fear for insulin injection was reduced. Conclusion: Most of the patients acceptted cartridge insulin pen (Humapen) for its advantages as a convenient, accurate and less painful way to inject insulin. It can really improve the quality of life by effectively and conveniently controlling blood glucose.
