凯时在椎基底动脉供血不足治疗中的应用

Usage of Prostaglandin EI in Ireatment of Vertibro-basilar Artery Insufficiency

目的:观察凯时注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:41例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为凯时治疗组(20例)和低分子右旋精酐加复方丹参注射液对照组(21例)。结果:治疗组治疗显效率(65.0％)明显高于对照组显效率(14.3％),治疗组有效率(100％)高于对照组有效率(76.2％)。结论:应用凯时治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著,值得推广使用。

Objective; To study the value of Kai Shi(prostaglandin El) injection in treatmenrt of Vertibro basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). Methods: 41 patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups: Kai Shi therapy group (20 patients) and control group (21patients). Results: The evident effective rate of therapy group (65.0%) was obviously higher than that of control group (14.3%), the effective rate of therapy group (100%) was higher than that of control group (76.2%). Conclusion: The curative effect of Kai Shi in treatment of VBI was remarkable.
