摘要
田间布施绿僵菌对香蕉假茎象甲种群有一定的控制作用.接种式放菌后3个月寄生率达到高峰,未清理蕉园、清理蕉园和对照蕉园象甲成虫寄生率分别为18 60%、14 29%和4 0%.其后未清理蕉园寄生率为8%~16%,清理蕉园寄生率为5%~9%.淹没式放菌处理不同类型蕉株对香蕉假茎象甲均有较强的控制作用,且处理留头蕉茎的控制作用强于处理成长蕉株.当绿僵菌孢子浓度为8×108mL-1时,成长蕉株、秋季留头蕉茎和冬后留头蕉茎上假茎象甲被绿僵菌寄生所对应的存活率分别为0 3215、0 1286和0 1062,干扰作用控制指数分别为0 3568、0 1415和0 1222.
The rate of banana pseudostem weevil(BPW) Odoiporus longicollis Oliver infested by the entomogenous fungus Metarhizium anisopliae, was low through inoculative augmentation. The control effect was different in different types of the banana plantations. The rate of BPW infested was higher in noncleaning banana plantation than that in cleaning banana plantation. The population of BPW was controlled more effectively by means of inundative augmentation of Metarhizium anisopliae. The control effect increased with the higher dosage of the fungi spores.
