Research on the Synthesis of Bromosorbic Acid

以山梨酸、溴、氢氧化钠为原料,合成了溴代山梨酸,研究了溴代山梨酸的合成方法,并对其结构进行了鉴定.通过对中间产物的结构分析,认为合成溴代山梨酸的反应机理是加成 消除反应.

Bromosorbic acid was synthesized by using sorbic acid, bromine and sodium hydoxide as raw material. The method of synthesis was studied. The structures of intermediate and target products were determined. The mechanism of reaction can be considered as an additionelimination reaction.
