摘要
目的:研究原发性高胆固醇血症患者红细胞免疫功能变化及调脂治疗对红细胞免疫功能的作用。方法:测定原发性高胆固醇血症患者红细胞免疫功能指标,同步测定血脂水平,予血脂康治疗8周,复查上述指标。结果:治疗前与对照组比较,单纯高胆固醇血症组(A组)红细胞C3b受体花环率(RC3bRR)与红细胞免疫促进因子花环率(RFER)降低(P<0.01);混合型高脂血症组(B组)RC3bRR与RFER显著降低而红细胞循环免疫复合物花环率(RICR)与红细胞免疫抑制因子花环率(RFIR)显著增高(P<0.01)。A、B两组间RC3bRR、RICR、RFIR差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。经用调脂药物治疗后,A组RC3bRR、RFER显著增高,RFIR显著降低;B组RC3bRR、RFER显著增高,RICR显著降低。相关分析结果显示RC3bRR、RICR与血清总胆固醇(TC)、HDL-C、LDL-C等血脂指标变化有关。结论:原发性高胆固醇血症患者存在红细胞免疫功能异常,调脂治疗可以改善红细胞免疫功能。
Objective:To study the changes of erythrocyte immune function before and after lipid modification therapy in patients with essential hypercholesterolemia. Methods:Blood samples of patients with hypercholesterolemia were collected. Erythrocyte immune function and lipid profile were determined before and 8 weeks after treatment with xuezhikang. Results:Red blood cell C3b rosette recipient rate (RRC3bRR) and erythrocyte rosette forming enhancing rate (RFER) decreased significantly in patients with hypercholesterolemia (A group),RC3bRR and RFER decreased while red blood cell immune component ratio (RICR) and erythrocyte rosette forming inhibitory rate (RFIR) increased significantly in patients with combined hyperlipidemia (B group). RC3bRR in A group was higher than that in B group. RICR and RFIR in A group were less than that in B group. After the treatment,RC3bRR and RFER increased and RFIR decreased significantly in A group. RC3bRR and RFER increased and RICR decreased significantly in B group. The change of RC3bRR and RICR were associated with the changes of TC,HDL C and LDL C. Conclusion:There are abnormalities of erythrocyte immune function in patients with essential hypercholesterolemia. It can be improved by the treatment of lipid modification.
