各种人工网片修补腹股沟疝的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结比较各种人工网片治疗腹股沟疝152例的临床经验。方法用美国巴德公司的疝环充填式无张力疝修补术及应用Bassini,Shouldice疝修补术中在其腹股沟管的后壁各自加入国内、外人工网片的方法,对术后主要并发症、复发率进行观察比较。结果无张力疝环充填式的修补术与传统术式加国内、外单纯网片治疗腹没沟疝对比,其术后并发症上有明显优势。结论巴德公司推出的无张力疝修补术法更符合人体腹股沟管的解剖结构和病理生理,值得推广。 Objective To summarize the experience and compare the outcome of various artificial mesh repair operations on inguinal hernia (152 cases). Methods The mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair with the BardMesh & perfixoffered by Bard Company of U.S.A. was used to compare to that of Bassini and Shouldice herniorrhaphy with normal repair mesh which repaired and strengthened the posterior wall of inguinal canal. The postoperative complications and recurrence rate were followed up and compared. Results The mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair with the BardMesh & perfixhad a greater advantage than the Bassini and Shouldice herniorrhaphy with normal repair mesh in postoperative complications. Conclusions The mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair with the BardMesh & Perfixis the choice in treating inguinal hernia because it has more similarities to the anatomy of groin and physiopathology of various inguinal hernia.
