疝环充填式无张力疝修补术90例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 90 CASES OF MESH PLUG HERNIA REPAIR

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法采用巴德公司补片对90例腹股沟疝病人进行无张力修补治疗。结果90例均手术过程顺利,阴囊积液1例,切口疼痛4例,腹股沟部异物感7例,无切口感染,术后随访无复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术操作简便,损伤轻,恢复快,手术适应证宽,并发症少,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free mesh-plug method in hernia method. Methods 90 cases were operated with mesh-plug case-hardened products, which are manufactured by American Bard Company, from september 1998 to september 2002. Results All the operative procedures were performed smoothly. Postoperative complications were:1 scrotal hydroceles, 4 wound pain, 7 cases with feeling of foreign mater in the groin region. There was no wound infection. No recurrence was observed in 90 patients who were followed-up. Conclusions Tension-free mesh-plug repair is easy to be administered, with minor injury,quicker recovery and no recurrence. Therefore, the operative indication can be widened.
