摘要
目的 研究心肌不同部位胆碱能纤维的分布和密度。方法 应用Karnovsky-Roots法显示胆碱能纤维,用Strobus法测出胆碱能纤维分布密度的百分率。结果 猫、兔、豚鼠和大白鼠心脏的心房和心室收缩心肌内均可见到胆碱能纤维。结论心房肌内和心室肌内均存在有胆碱能神经,其分布密度既存在部位差异,也存在种属差异。
Objective To study the distribution and the density of cholinergic fibers in different position of myocardium. Methods Karnovsky- Roots method was employed to show cholinergic fibers and Strobus method was used to measure the density of cholinergic fibers. Results Cholinergic fibers were seen in atrium and ventricle myocardium of cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and rats. Conclusion Cholinergic fibers exist in the atrium and the ventricle myocardium. The density of cholinergic fibers is different not only in various parts of the same heart but also in various animal hearts.
