摘要
军人职业技能的专用性和职业发展周期的特殊性决定了军队转业干部职业能力开发须在可持续发展理念引领下开展。由此,军队转业干部的职业能力开发既要重视其在军人职业生涯阶段的职业能力需求,又要关注其转业后的职业生涯发展能力需求,注重职业能力开发的通用性;既要关心其个体职业发展,又要关心其身心发展,使其顺利完成从职业军人向社会劳动者的过渡。这一目标的实现,需建立开放性多层次职业能力开发体系、完善相应的组织机构、引导转业干部改变观念,通过多元化开发途径来完成。
The specificity of military career skills and the particularity of career development cycle decide the development of career skill for demobilized military cadres should be carried out under the guidance of sustainable development. Thus,not only the demand of professional ability during the military period but also the demand of career development when military cadres leave the army should be paid attention to.Meanwhile,in order to make demobilized military cadres transit to ordinary workers successfully and realize the integrated development for them,the development of career,physical and mental for demobilized military cadres cannot be ignored. To achieve the above goals,it is necessary to establishing an open multi-level professional ability development system,developing the corresponding organization,guiding demobilized military cadres changing attitudes and accomplishing by divers approach.
