The Feasibility of Establishing the Disciplinary Sanction Limitation period System Used for the Party Members of the Communist Party of China

目前中共党内法规体系尚未涉及党纪处分追责时效制度,还是空白。本文从健全和完善党纪法规制度体系,从党纪追责的现实需要出发,探讨和分析建立党纪追责时效制度的必要性与可行性,并借鉴刑事追诉时效制度,提出建立党纪追责时效制度的具体建议。

Now there is no disciplinary sanction limitation period system in the system of regulations in the Communist Party of China. This paper explores and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing this system in the perspective of imperfecting the Party's system of law and regulations,then makes the limitation period of criminal prosecution as reference,and finally sets forth concrete proposals according to the current situation.
