摘要
本文回顾了中国农业保险的政策演进,概述了中国农业保险的发展状况,结合国外经验和中国"三农"的具体国情,指出中国农业保险事业的发展面临严峻挑战,迫切需要政策性农业保险在制度和政策上有所创新。通过对福建龙岩"三农"综合保险模式进行案例分析,在此基础上提出了走具有中国特色"三农"综合保险道路的相关政策及建议。
This paper sorts out the history of policies about Chinese agricultural insurance and points out that Chinese agricultural insurance faces rigid challenges,so it needs some innovations in the fields of agricultural insurance and policies. After analysis of case study,this paper comes up with some policies and proposals of agricultural insurance with Chinese characteristics.
