民国时期河北合作讲习会略论

On Hebei's Cooperation Seminar in the Republic of China

20世纪二三十年代,中国曾出现一场规模大、时间长、影响深远的乡村建设运动。其中,华洋义赈会在河北一年一度、连续举办12次的合作讲习会轰动一时。随着合作讲习会的连续举办,合作思想日益深入人心,合作事业不断扩大。合作讲习会为合作思想的普及和合作事业的推广,促使农民从传统的保守状态向符合近代文明要求的状态转变,提高国民素质,起到了重要作用。尤其是举办合作讲习会这种方式方法以及积累的经验,对在河北乃至整个中国推动开展合作事业,有着重大的示范作用和辐射功能,并产生了深远的影响。

In the 1920s- 1930 s,a large,long,far- reaching rural construction movement appears in which China International Famine Relief Committee holds a cooperation seminar 12 times. This seminar plays an important role in the popularity of cooperative ideas,the transformation of peasants from tradition to modern civilization,and improvement of the national quality. The experience from this seminar promotes the cooperation career in China,which has functions of example and radiation,producing a far- reaching influence.
