人工智能时代,人机关系问题日益凸显,"人机大战"与"人机共生"的争论此起彼伏。基于人的需要和人本原则,人机和谐共生才是人工智能时代的"轴心原则",是人类向往的理想境地,为此需要从伦理、法律、文化等多方面来努力建构这种和谐共生的人机关系:在伦理维度建构人机命运共同体,在法律维度建构人机责任共同体,在文化维度建构人机价值共同体。

In the era of artificial intelligence,the issue of human-machine relationship has become increasingly prominent. The disputes between'human-machine wars'and'human-machine symbiosis'have come to the fore. Based on human needs and humanistic principles,human-machine harmony and symbiosis is the 'axis principle'in the era of artificial intelligence,and is an ideal situation for humans. Therefore,it is necessary to strive to build the human-machine relationship of harmonious symbiosis from various aspects such as ethics,law,and culture: construct a human-machine fate community on the ethical dimension,build a human-machine responsibility community on the legal dimension,and build a human-machine value community on the cultural dimension.
