摘要
目的 了解本地区2001年临床分离致病菌菌群分布及耐药情况,给临床医生提供可靠用药依据。方法按全国临床微生物检验操作规程,培养分离菌种。用英国先德公司Aris全自动鉴定仪鉴定细菌,药敏试验按NC-CLS推荐的K-B法。结果 采用非重复性统计,从临床标本中共分离致病菌2371株,G+球菌795株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌480株,耐苯唑金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)346株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌67株,耐苯唑凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRSCON)43株,肠球菌144株,链球菌属74株。G-杆菌1577株,其中大肠埃希菌300株,克雷伯菌属268株,铜绿假单胞菌308株,不动杆菌属225株,肠杆菌属181株,沙雷菌属83株,柠檬酸杆菌35株,变形杆菌30株,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌24株。药敏结果显示MRSA占74%,MRSCON占64%,ESBL占34%。葡萄球菌中未分离出耐万古霉素的菌株;肠球菌中未检出万古霉索中介和耐药菌株;肠杆菌科细菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低。结论G-杆菌分离率高于G+球菌;G+球菌对万古霉索敏感率最高;肠杆菌科细菌对亚胺培南敏感率最高;非发酵菌对亚胺培南,氨基糖甙类,头孢他啶,头孢哌酮敏感率较高。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance in our area during 2001 and to provide basis of selecting antibiotics for docters. Methods We isolated bacteria according to the manual of clinical test and identificated them with Sensitizer Microbiology System. The drug sensitivity tests were determined by K-B methods. Results In 2371 strains, G+ cocci were 795 strains. Staphylococcus aureus were 480 strains. MRSA were 346 strains. Coagulase negative staphylococci were 67 strains. MRSCON were 43 strains. Enterococci were 144 strains and streptococci were 74 strains. G- rod were 1577 strains. E. coli were 300 strains. Klebsiella spp were 268 strains. Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 308 strains. Acinetobacter spp were 225 strains. Enterobacter spp were 181 strains. Serratia spp were 83 strains. Citrobacter spp were 35 strains. Proteus spp were 30 strains.Xanthomonas maltophilia were 24 strains. In 2371 strains, MRSA, MRSCON, ESBL were 74% ,64% and 34% respectively.No strain resistant to vancomycin was found in staphylococci and Enterococci. The resistant rate to imipenem was lower in Enterobacteriaceae. Conclusion Isolation rate of G' rod is higher than G+ cocci. Sensitivity rate to vancomycin is higgest among G+ cocci. Sensitivity rate to imipenem is highest among Enterobacteriaceae. Sensitivity rate to imipenem, aminoglycosides,ceftazidime,cefoperazone are higher than other antibiotics in non-fermenters bacteria.
