摘要 为了对蛟龙号载人潜水器潜航员及下潜人员开展载人舱内基础操作培训、全流程下潜过程演练和突发情况应急操作培训,本文采用基于高速以太网络的"仿真-反馈"动态实时交互技术将实物、半实物与数字仿真相结合,提出了一套包括蛟龙号仿真本体、数据仿真系统、视景仿真系统、训练教控系统4大子系统的蛟龙号驾驶与操纵训练模拟系统。该系统能够实现蛟龙号本体结构、舱内环境、深海视景、作业流程、故障响应的全功能模拟,能够完成从起吊入水、下潜作业到甲板回收的全流程动态驾驶与操作模拟,达到了大幅降低培训成本,提高培训效率,确保培训安全的目标。该系统能够为我国海洋及其他领域重大装备的特殊人员培训系统开发与建设提供参考借鉴。 In order to carry out the basic operation training,the pre-diving rehearsal and the emergency operation training for the pilots and diving staffs of JIAOLONG manned submersible,we proposed a driving and operating training simulation system for JIAOLONG,which combines physical/semi-physical and digital simulation using the'simulation-feedback'dynamic real-time interaction technology based on high-speed Ethernet network.The system includes 4 parts:the simulated body of the sub and the manned cabin,the data simulation system,the visual simulation system and the training control system.It is a full-function simulation system that could simulate the physical appearance of the JIAOLONG and its manned cabin,the deep sea view,the operation workflow and the fault response of the submersible.It is also a dynamic whole-process simulation system that could simulate the submersible launching,underwater operation and retrieval.This system could help to significantly reduce the training costs,improve the training efficiency and ensure the training safety.The proposed simulation system could provide a reference for the development and construction of the special personnel training system for major equipment in marine and other fields of national interest.
